I have also removed the /Volumes/KOBOReader from the 'Microsoft Defender' scan list. I've used Calibre with a Kobo for years with zero issues. Reset, resync with Kobo app etc etc.Īs I said, this is a new thing. I've lost count of how many times I've done this. I even used a new Kobo cable as well, so I doubt this is it.Īny ideas? The alternative is that I keep factory resetting the device. I had previously backed the DB up using KoboUtilies, but I can't see how to restore a previous database. I plug the device in, and the Mac recognises it fine. I can't think of anything I'm doing that would cause it.
